Eligibility
Minimum age of 18years and a maximum age of 64 years for the policy owner and spouse. The family plan covers the spouse and all children from the ages of 1 to 23 years while economically dependent, single and full-time students. The spouse is covered for 50% of the benefit of the insured and children are covered for 10% of the benefit.
